Concept

[ Age: Kindergarteners and up ]

This class offers cooking, nature observations, experiments and learning about different   cultures to expand the field of English from what the child has already learned. Children will also learn about spelling and phonics through worksheets, games and chants. As a rule, this class is recommended to all kindergarteners. After School Goal Achievements

Entrance Warm-up

Time to prepare for the class while communicating with native teachers and friends in English. During this time, teacher will check homework.

Circle Time & Introducing Time

We will incorporate with activities such as nature observation, comprehending different cultures to attract children’s interest and practice answering various questions based on theme in long sentences including own interest and enthusiasm.

Study "sight words", which children in the U.S. are studying by using our original work book. Practice writing words and sentences within the course book.

By reading text referring to short sentences along with easy to understand pictures, learn different kind of expressions and through comprehending the story, aim to strengthen reading skills.

Enrichment Time

Through Science, math and geography activities, acquire expressions that can’t be studied from daily conversation. Continued from Afterschool 1 and 2, pick up various countries to deepen the understanding of different cultures. Study various matters to foster intellectual curiosity.

Time to wrap up. Teachers and bilingual staff explain a result of the lesson to parents.

Teaching Materials

Based on the curriculum, we use Kids International original materials. Some of the materials are designed to be used at home to practice and review what the children are leaning in class. We strongly support children's English acquisition by linking Kids International and home. * The picture is an example.

Raz-Kids

We will use "Raz-Kids" which is used in the U.S. An account will be allocated to each individual and refer to an appropriate level book to read at home. During Entrance Warm-up, the teacher will check the reading level.
