Kids International is currently seeking full-time, native-level English teachers to deliver lessons to our Kindergarten and Elementary School students across our 9 sites in the Greater Tokyo area.
With over 15 years of expertise in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons based on our original curriculum; K.I. is rightly considered one of the leading providers of English-language based early years education in the region.
Candidates must possess a passion for delivering their best every single time they teach as well as a communicative, team-oriented nature.
Potential recruits should be able to display flexibility and strong organizational skills in their approach to class delivery and planning.
It is our core belief that the best teachers are themselves fantastic learners. Recruits who are willing to honestly and consistently self-assess their approach and seek out new ways of doing things are very welcome.

The position
Salary: 250,000 yen per-month (negotiable).
Pension and social health insurance included.
Teacher training period provided.
Transportation fees are fully reimbursed.
Visa sponsorship available for outstanding candidates.
Pathway to company-employee status (正社員 / Full-time employee) available for truly dedicated teaching staff.
Requirements
Applicants must currently reside in Japan and have a proper visa.
Teaching experience is a plus, but is not necessary.
Candidates must be willing to travel between various centers – particularly in the first 6 months.
Candidates must be willing to work 12 Saturdays per year.
